I provide dog grooming services at my property in Kiriwhakapapa, Masterton (pick up/drop off service available for Masterton*).  ​

Fear Free Grooming - I'm a Fear Free Certified Professional. Founded in the US, Fear Free works to prevent and alleviate fear, anxiety, and stress in pets.  The method uses a combination of reward-based training, close monitoring of stress levels and desensitisation - you can read more about it here.​  

 

My grooming space has been set up with Fear-free principles in mind, on a quiet rural property with only one dog groomed at a time (or dogs from the same family).  Ramps/steps can be used for the table and bath to avoid the stress of being picked up.

Puppy groom (under 12 months old) – an ideal treatment to familiarise your puppy with grooming

Basic groom+ - a popular option to have your dog looking their best

Price: small breed $70.00, medium breed $80.00, large breed $90.00​

Note: basic grooms do not include clipping or de-shedding treatments

De-shedding groom - for your double coated dog, removes the undercoat

shampoo and conditioner wash, blow dry, full body brush out & de-shedding treatment, ear clean, eyes, face & hygiene area, paws (feet tidy-up, pads & nail trim) cologne finish & complimentary massage

Price: small breed $90.00, medium breed $100.00, large breed from $120.00​​

Note: a de-shedding groom does not include clipping  - extra costs apply for additional time required for severely matted coats

Full groom - for dogs requiring clipping

Terms & Conditions​

• *Pick up/drop off travel fees may apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking - subject to availability

• ** Some dogs may require shorter sessions and more than one session - length of the session and what can be achieved is guided by the dog to minimise any stress and anxiety

• Payment is due at the time of treatment via cash or internet banking (no cards)

• If your dog is overly aggressive or stressed/anxious during the groom,  we may be unable to complete the service

• I appreciate 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment
